KejaCore is a property management platform connecting landlords and tenants in Kenya, facilitating rent collection, utility billing, maintenance requests, and property discovery.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Payments

Rent and utility payments processed through KejaCore incur a platform fee, disclosed at the time of payment. Payments are processed via M-Pesa, Paystack, or Stripe depending on what the landlord has enabled.

5. Landlord Responsibilities

Landlords are responsible for the accuracy of property listings, rent amounts, and lease terms communicated through the platform.

6. Tenant Responsibilities

Tenants are responsible for timely rent payment and accurate reporting of maintenance issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

KejaCore is a facilitation platform and is not a party to the lease agreement between landlord and tenant.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
